To enroll and enter the course content:
When you are viewing the course content, a bar is displayed on top of the screen, showing various controls:
Publisher’s icon is the graphics at top left corner of course content view. Click on it to open the site of the course publisher.
Share, like and dislike icons allow you to share course link, like, unlike, dislike or undislike the course.
Full screen / Exit full screen icon let you to switch to full screen view and back.
Exit course icon close the course content view and display a course page.
It’s easy to switch course to full screen, hiding any browser controls.
To switch the course to full screen:
Tip: It might be handy to use full screen mode while you present to audience or you simply want to focus exclusively on course content.
When you are in the full screen mode, click Exit full screen icon at the top right corner of the screen.
You can also exit full screen by pressing
When you are in the course content view, click icon Exit course at the top right corner of the course content screen.
Exiting the course doesn’t set the course completed. Learn more about completing the course.
Message or error | Problem & solution |
“Your browser is not supported by Edjet” | Message indicates that course content cannot be accessed with your browser because it is no longer supported. Download the most recent version of Google Chrome or Firefox browser. |
“JavaScript not enabled” “JavaScript is disabled” or similar… |
You have JavaScript disable din your browser or the browser doesn’t support it. Enable JavaScript. To find out how to enable JavaScript in your browser, visit the help resources for your browser to find instructions. |
“Flash player required” “Missing Flash player” “This content require newer version of Flash player” or similar… |
Flash player Is not installed on your computer or is obsolete. Install the latest version of the Adobe Flash player. |
“Connection is not secured” | Mixed content errors are caused by mixing content located on HTTP and HTTPS websites. Publisher has to fix the course and re-publish updated version of the course. |
Missing content is usually caused by:
A message “This course is private. Sorry about that.” is displayed when you access the course.
